 The Brownstown Chamber of Commerce:

• Works for the advancement of commercial, Industrial, civic, and general interest of the Town of Brownstown
• Acts as the business organization of the community
• Helps stimulate growth of the community
• Provides an avenue of communication to the events and opportunities of the community

The Brownstown Chamber of Commerce assists area Businesses, Organizations, and the Community by:

• Answering, directing, and forwarding calls from interested individuals, parties, and business
• Providing informative newsletters, website, brochures, maps and welcome packages for prospective members and residents
• Providing a seat on the Jackson County Industrial Development Corporation (JCIDC)
• Providing educational seminars and luncheons
• Honoring and recognizing outstanding business and individuals within the community

The Brownstown Chamber of Commerce sponsors the following events:

• Legislative Breakfast (Area Representatives to the State House and Senate are in attendance)
• Awards Ceremony and Annual Dinner
• Hometown Christmas Celebration
• Business Workshops and Seminars

The Brownstown Chamber of Commerce Members:

• Help to build a better and stronger Chamber and Community
• Receive increased recognition and advertising potential through the Chamber Website, The Chamber Newsletter, and through Chamber Activities and Events
• Receive publicity through New Business Profile promotion in conjunction with the Jackson County Banner and The Brownstown Times
• Help to further the Chamber with projects and events throughout the year
